Something interesting

http://www.myheritage.com

I guess it's time...

So far during this long long summer break holidays of mine, I've been doing nothing except for bumming my lazy arse around my house, going out with the family, the friends, and the boyfriend, spending the parents' money, starting to adopt a pig's lifestyle which is eat and sleep and sleep and eat, and spending more of the parents' money.

Gosh. Sometimes I really think I ought to be spanked for once. >.<

*feeling guilty*

Anyways, putting my guilt aside, I am very much enjoying this lifestyle of mine right now. At the same time, i do miss KL and uni and the people over there. I miss staying alone outside, away from my family, away from any familiarity. I miss being independent, this means doing my laundry all by myself, prepare my own meals, clean my own room, and deciding what and what not to eat. I miss drinking nescafe mocha at really late hours just to keep myself awake so that i could finish my assignments. I miss staying up really really late when more than half of the world's population is fast asleep.

Yes. I miss all the small litte things which i could do on my own. I really do.

Ok. Back to reality. Chinese New Year is approaching us, just less than 3 weeks more. Can't wait for CNY to arrive, not because of all the good food, CNY goodies and stuff, but more because of the fact that I can't wait to start my 1st year 2nd semester of my degree. And also, because of the tempting ang-pow money la. =P My mum seems to get busier whenever CNY is approaching. She's planning to make muruku today if i'm not wrong.

I'm still trying to improve my photoshopping skills. And yes, i'm learning from the boyfriend. *winks*

Last but not least, here's a reminder for myself :

- Super belated birthday present for the boyfriend.
- Think of what to get for him for V-day.

*thinks hard*

Always look on the bright side of life.

A new feel.

A new outlook.

A totally new perspective of my blog.

And yup, to always look on the sunny side of things. Be positive, people!

Here's Yina's sunny side-up.

Enjoy! ;)

Bedtime for now. Time out!

What's up people?

Ok. I'm finally back to this blogging world. Ok, i know i'm lazy. And yup, i'm such a bummer these days doing absolutely nothing at home except for the fact that i've been visiting shopping malls A LOT with my mum and sis. It's really crazy. We're always in one of the shopping malls in JB almost every afternoon. o.O

Was reading The Star just now, and it was stated that a third wave of heavy rain is approaching soon. Omigod. No wonder the skies are sooooooo gloomy and sad-looking right now.

Too many things happened lately, until i don't even know where and how to start. Ugh. Let me organize my thoughts first.

Ok... here goes.

Was in KL a week ago to move into my new room (grace's apartment) and to spend time with YC (he's leaving for Monash Clayton, lucky him). It was a busy yet fun time in KL. Now i actually know where exactly is KL. It's not just Kuala Lumpur. Subang Jaya ain't KL, mind you. KL is like the heart of the capital city. It's the place where KLCC, Bangsar, KL sentral, Puduraya, Petaling Street are located.

And then there's Selangor and PJ (Petaling Jaya). Sunway, USJ, Subang Jaya are situated in Selangor. Damansara, SS2, Bandar Utama are situated in PJ. Roughly like this. So yup, i guess i've figured out half of the map in KL. Heeee.

3 of us were at Thai Express @ The Curve. Ok, grace was beside him.

This is good stuff. Spicy chicken mango salad!

Was good to meet up with YC for the last time before he goes over to Clayton, Melbourne. Anyways, enjoy yourself while you can when you're in Aussie dude! Shall see you again in November! ;) And hopefully i can join you in Aussie as well, and by that time, you should be very familiar with Aussie already and once again, you'll be my guide. =P

Was at IKEA before our dinner that day. Went there just to grab something to decorate my room. And guess what, i bought a table lamp and a floor lamp at very affordable prices. Heehee. IKEA stuff are simple but gorgeous. =)

Simply gorgeous, ain't it? I totally love floor lamps.

Very romantic. Haha.

That basically sums up what i did in KL with grace and YC. Grace's apartment is fully equipped already with the fridge, washing machine, sofa, TV, air-conds, fans, broadband, stove, gas, water heater, and all the necessary furniture like my study table, my chair, my wardrobe, my bookshelf, and my bed. Wheeeeee. Her parents are so nice!

That's the hall and the dining table.

I can foresee a very interesting semester. No more staying at crappy and expensive hostels, no more curfews, no more stupid guards! The taste of real freedom! lol. Can't wait to go back to Uni again! One more month to rot...one more month to go...

The boyfriend has turned 21.

His birthday was yesterday. Half an hour ago. Couldn't manage to post this on his birthday as i was busy helping him to do his architectural submission work. Chim stuff. Tough job. Tedious work. Spent the whole day (more than 12 hours) at his house helping him to cut and paste his model. It was quite fun though. =P

At night, his mum cooked. Then cake-cutting session. Blew candles. Made a birthday wish. And all of us (his family, his bestie, and me) sang the birthday song for him. Although i'm tired and sleepy now, nevertheless, it was a memorable day, a well-spent day with the Birthday Boyfriend. =)

May your birthday wishes come true baby. May you have a blessed and trouble-free year this year. =)
Once again, happy 21st baby! ;)
P.S.: I will be going up to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow with my woman and will only be back on Wednesday. Till then, please take good care of my blog. I'm off!

Photos as promised.

Recap: NYE pot-luck party at my house. 8pm till late. All of them camped at my house. ;)

The food. I love pot-lucks.

The people who showed up. =)

They were making this exotic heated pineapple ice-cream dessert in my kitchen. (wei jian's idea)

TA DAH! The masterpiece!

Yakking the night away.

Played 'Truth Or Dare' using Uno cards. Wanted to play bridge, chor dai di, etc... but ended up telling ghost stories. We were at the tatami room in my house. ;)

A few hours later: New Year's Day. I was the last one to wake up. *blush* After deciding for a long long time on where to go next, we finally decided to go to a new place in town.

A new cafe situated somewhere in Taman Pelangi. Heard that they'll be having Korean BBQ Steamboat Buffet soon!

They have a nice interior. Cosy atmopshere.

They were having a sipping competition. =P

My beloved woman! She's sipping her ice-blended mocha as well. I find her pose quite sexy though. =P

Cheng Hwa. With his ice-blended mango.

I ordered this bowl of Spicy TomYam Chicken Soup instead of a cold drink. Coz i was hungry and needed something to fill up my stomach first. So yup, a TomYam Chicken Soup. =P

Group photo. I'm the odd one out, coz i'm holding a bowl of soup. *lol*

We would never forget to camwhore. Trust me.

;)

In the evening, when my family was about to hop onto the car to attend my father's friend's poolside bbq new year's party, my neighbour suddenly shouted : "LOOK! GOT RAINBOW!" And yes, there was not only one, but TWO gorgeous rainbows up there in the sky. We nearly stopped breathing for a while. It was really, really pretty. =)

OMG! I see TWO rainbows here!

I believe in rainbows. They're God's creations. Sooooo beautiful.

All of us were so delighted to see the rainbows. To the extent that we actually took a picture with the rainbow! whee. Too bad my bro is not in the picture, coz he took this picture for us.
Till then, goodnight people!

OMG. It's 2007!

First of all, today's the first few days of 2007 (to be exact, it is the fourth day of the new year) and i would like to extend my warmest greetings to the world - HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR! I know it's a bit late to blog about my new year right now...but heck, i'm still blogging within the first week of 2007. Been busy since new year's eve. Nevertheless, it was fun though.

Tried posting photos in my blog but due to the internet connection which sucks like hell, i couldn't. So just bear with it for the time being. Arrrrgggh.

I'm hungry. I need food. Till then, will try posting some photos again when the internet connection gets better. I promise.

HAPPY 2007!
