Celebrate our diversity...Happy Birthday Malaysia!!

Haha...i used red colour for once this time...becoz it's our Nation's 47th birthday today!!! Happy Birthday Malaysia!!! We're all so proud of you...!! =) Dunno why suddenly i'm so semangat to celebrate Merdeka Day here in my blog, haha. Maybe it's becoz of last night's merdeka countdown party in MSN Messenger...influenced by sammi...sigh. Anyway, to you guys who had turned up for last night's merdeka eve countdown party, you guys were simply fantastic...it WAS a success...credit goes to our one and only beloved SAMMI!!!! =D

Surprisingly, don somehow managed to celebrate merdeka with us too...except that he missed the exciting countdown part...haha. Oh yah, thanks to wei jian that we got the chance to witness such beautiful and magnificent fireworks!! How cool it was rite guys? Watching fireworks ONLINE...my first time doing this...haha. Anyway, it was great after all...there's good food, good music, good fireworks display, and good company...as though i'm in heaven already,haha...Wanna know what's the final verdict of last night's party? --> I can tell you that we were really crazy, and i really mean it...but who cares rite? Haha...we were simply letting out hair down and enjoying ourselves, having a crazy good time together...sometimes, it's good to be this crazy...it's good for the mind and for our health as well...hah.

Enjoy the lyrics...=)

Jalur Gemilang

Merahmu bara semangat waja
Putihmu bersih budi pekerti
Kuning berdaulat payung negara
Biru perpaduan kami semua
Puncak dunia telah kau tawan
Lautan luas telah kau redah
Membawa semangat jiwa merdeka
Semarak jaya kami warganya
Empat belas melintang jalurnya
Semua negeri dalam Malaysia
Satu suara satu semangat
Itu sumpah warga berdaulat
Jalur gemilang... di bawah naunganmu
Jalur gemilang... kami semua bersatu
Perpaduan ketaatan
Amalan murni rakyat Malaysia
Jalur gemilang... megah kami terasa
Jalur gemilang... kibarkanlah wawasan
Merah putih biru kuning
Jalur semangat kami semua
BerkibarlahBerkibarlahBerkibarlah
Jalur gemilang!!

Omg...i think i've overdone it...too patriotic already rite? hahaaha...Guess what...last night i went to attend the merdeka eve mass at the church with my parents...it was a different mass...got ppl from other churches who came and attend the mass...they were like having a small parade...haha. Quite nice. There were lots of priests last night...and the Bishop gave a good homily on our beloved country..."Independence is about freedom, and we must not misuse the freedom that God gave us to do harm to mankind. Freedom is about love...we gotta use our freedom that we have right now to love our country, love our family, love our neighbours, and also love all the people around us." A very well-delivered homily by the Bishop...=) *homily - moralizing lecture*

Before the mass was ended, we sang Negaraku!!! Our national anthem!! hahaha...it was quite funny to sing negaraku in the church...but anyhow...everyone just sang their hearts out...=) Not only we sang Negaraku...we even sang 'Sejahtera Malaysia' if you guys can still remember what song is this...any idea? haha...mama shinchan will surely remember this song...coz we performed this song for our choir competition last time when we were back in form 4...hahaha...i was kinda touched to sing that song...coz it kinda brought back some memories to me when we were training like hell for the choir competition 2 years ago......

haha...guess what...i'm gonna post the 'sejahtera malaysia' lyrics here...so that everyone can sing...too bad i dunno how to attach songs to my blog, sigh...
Heck, i can't find the 'sejahtera malaysia' lyrics on www.msn.com, paiseh...i think i won't wanna find it anymore coz i'm kinda lazy to search for the lyrics again, haha...you guys can go and search for the lyrics if you really want it......

Check this out...here's something for your reading pleasure :

Think about your friends. They probably fall into categories -- people you like to hang out with, people you have things in common with, people you like to talk to. Is there someone you can count on to be honest with you no matter what? Not someone who constantly criticizes you and brings you down. That's not a friend. You need at least one person in your life who will let you know when you've made a bad choice, hurt someone else, gone too far, or seem headed in the wrong direction.

TODAY...i'll thank a friend for being honest with me.
To all my friends out there, thanks for being honest with me...

The quote of the day...
" Honesty is something that never wears out."
I'm going back to my hostel in the evening, so most probably will reach there around night time...thank god i still can spend more time at home...Please add me to your skype again coz i haven't update my skype in the computer at my hostel room. K, guys?
To those who haven't dl skype yet, please go and do so k? coz i've experienced conferencing last night, haha...quite fun... go to www.skype.com. inform me if you have skype, ok? guess i'll put an advertisement about this skype programme soon...so hard to persuade you guys to get it, sigh...if you don't want to disappoint me, then go and dl, haha...like what wei jian did...he dl already, haha.
Have a blessed merdeka day, guys...enjoy your holiday...last but not least, cheers to our beloved nation once again....yummmmmmmmmmmmm seng!! ( we forgot to 'yum seng' last night, gosh.)
I love you, Malaysia! hehe.
Malaysia...truly Asia. =)
will blog when i'm free...been coming online too frequently already...it's bad i know..but i can't resist it, sigh...Till then, take care...and god bless. muacks.

Trust is very important in our lives...you gotta trust yourself first before you trust others... Posted by Hello

Life is full of surprises, isn't it? i wonder why...

"Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it,without knowing what's going to happen next..."

We have so much to look forward to in the coming months and years and decades -- including things you can't possibly predict or imagine today. It's normal and natural to worry about our future, to wodner what we'll be doing after we finish school and what our life will be like (where will you live? where will you work? will you be alone or with someone? and on and on). But the truth is, almost anything can happen.

Life is full of surprises...i'll be excited about my future...no matter how my future is gonna be...i'll just pray for the very best.

Live today as if there's no tomorrow... Posted by Hello

ladies and gentlemen...my very own blog...hehehe...

Hi there...cool, my very first blog here...haha. thanks to wei jian, who encouraged me to create my own blog. I wonder whether i will blog frequently here or not...but i'll try to blog as much as i can...dunno whether will you guys come and read my blogs or not...but i hope you guys can come and visit my blogging site when you're free, ok? * must give me some face * =P

Well, well, well...i dunno what to blog right now...i'm still cracking my head on this...aww...

the weather right now is kinda gloomy but it's sunny at the same time...amazing rite? haha...wonder what shall i do now to kill my time...sigh...i've passed the law and econs textbook to my classmate yesterday, so now i have nothing to read...i thought i can read up some law and econs this weekend...but sigh, she needs the books...so i have no choice but to lend it to her first. I have a book from the library right now...but i forgot what's the title already, i'll just digest that book later at night...

my mind is blank right now...oh wait...maybe my mind is blank most of the time...anyway, it's 3.15pm right now on a quiet and peaceful sunday afternoon...thank god i don't have to return to my hostel today, hehe...i'm feeling so blessed right now...*grins*

Oh yah, one more thing to inform you guys is that the closing ceremony of the Athens Olympic Games is at 2.15am tomorrow...which is today's midnight...anybody gonna catch the closing ceremony? from what the newspaper has told me, zhang yi mou ( the famous film director) is gonna present a spectacular eight-minutes show when the olympic flag is officially handed over to the beijing officials. The world has gave him eight minutes and he's gonna give the world a surprise...i hope there's a 2nd telecast on this though...hehe.

Time flies...the Athens Olympics are coming to an end very very soon...too bad our beloved country - MALAYSIA didn't win any medals...really sad indeed. Wonder where's the so-called "malaysia boleh" spirit...sigh. Haha, i'm talking too much here...as if i got the "malaysia boleh, saya boleh" spirit as well, what am i crapping here? i wonder...i guess it's becoz it's too quiet here right now...i can listen to the sound of the fan...and the birds chirping outside the compound...imagine, THAT quiet...=)

That's all for my blog...basically i'm just talking without using my mind...whatever, i'm signing off right now...till then, let us all wait for the ultimate merdeka countdown, haha! (as suggested by sammi) =)
