You've gotta be proud of this girl here.I've managed to survive my one week of mid-term break without going back home. Hah. What i did for the past whole week was simply shocking, unbelieveable and... 'ambitious' (quote and quote by Grace). I cooked, i did my assignments, i read, i talked (to parents and the boyfriend), i typed, i slept, and cooked again. Come to think about it, i'm amazed by what i can do sometimes, seriously. Hmm... anyways, here are some REAL pictures for your viewing pleasure, and hopefully can turn your stomach on. Enjoy... ;)
Sardine with onions.
Lotus-root with pai kuat and dried octopus soup.
Stir-fry cauliflower with carrot, chicken slices and red capsicum.
Old cucumber with pai kuat and dried octopus soup.
I love dried octopus in my soup! Looks scary but the soup's delicious...
Plain omelette.
Microwaved original flavour koka noodles with cai xin/choy sum/sawi.
Salted vegetable with tofu and tomato soup.
Stir-fry long beans with chicken slices and carrot.
Yina's fried rice! (ikan bilis, carrot, long beans, egg, pork slices with rice) I'm so damn freaking proud of it! =D

Yup, you're not dreaming. According to the pictures above, Yina can really cook. RIGHT? Heeeheeheeee. *beams* To be honest, I din know i can cook THAT many dishes in one whole week. I was amazed by my cooking skills. I was stunned by my abilities. And I would like to give a big shoutout to the Panasonic microwave oven : "THANK YOU! You've been a great help to me!" I relied on the microwave oven to cook rice and instant noodles. Man... without it, i guess my life won't be that easy for me. And thank God i've managed to finish my assignments and also prepared my presentations despite all the cooking in the kitchen. Whee hee hee.
The moral of the story: Don't ever, ever underestimate yourself... Nothing is impossible!
P.S.: She's so sick of cooking that she won't be cooking for the rest of this year anymore!
